@HMRCcustomers I have tried to get my tax refund for the last year as self employed this is unacceptable. I am owed £1300 and I have claimed a year ago and going through your automated serviced takes me in a loop and I cant get through. I need someone to call me asap!

@HMRCcustomers I logged into my account gateway and then when I go to self assessment it says I am logged into another account for self assessment I go there it says its beeen deleted. BUT I HAVE LOGGED INTO THAT ACCOUNT - from Jan -May 2024

@HMRCcustomers I requested online 30th Jan 2024 - It said I should have had the claim 8th March back - however they said their could be a 12 week delay. I waited and then I claimed my £1300 back and put in my bank details. and waited and waited. Nothing....
