@OH_atHome I left my care coordinator messages - 1 wk no call back. My nurse tells me none of the care coordinators have returned other patients calls either from the Whitby office. I resorted to Amazon. This is only after months of no internal feeding bags and paying $300 for 30.

@jfrketich @TheSpec We had to buy our own bandages after surgery and internal feeding supples. Supplies are available. Issue is Bayshore not staffed or able to deliver. First database not ready, then not enough employees. Supplies are easily bought from old suppliers and Amazon.

@jfrketich @laurensouch Not exactly. Homecare gave the whole Ontario contract to Bayshore. Each area before had their own suppliers. It’s not supply issues. We can easily buy supplies ourselves. First they said their database wasn’t ready. Then they didn’t have enough employees.

@kgrindrod Some of us have to be careful of which brand because we are allergic to a binding agent in Moderna. Any indication if Pfizer B1 (submitted for approval July 25) or B4 (submitted Sept 2) will be approved soon? I will take either at 65+!

I've a lot of feelings about #adoptdontshop (it's a dangerous mentality), the divisiveness of breeding vs adopting (both are perfectly valid options), and especially import-based 'rescues'... like Redemption Paws, which is less rescue and more import-based puppy mill. 🤷‍♀️
