First set of resources uploaded to @TeachMeetPE this evening. Predominantly GCSE based #Edexcel, useful for revision. The grids act as 'prove it' scenarios whereby students must justify true or false statements. Not new, but free!π #SharingIsCaring

β¨ Primary PE Assessment Guidanceβ¨
If anyone can help/ assist with the below I would be most grateful. What does primary PE assessment look like in your school? Background - the school has just opened and everything is being developed from scratch! #edutwitter#PEassessment
@MrD_ESC This is what I am trying to gauge - never assessed in primary as Iβm a secondary specialist. Assessment in PE, however, to inform planning and to see progress being made in more than just the βphysicalβ aspect of PE. Although, in sec, to prepare those for GCSE PE & the demands.
@MXD124 Pupil progress have some brilliant examples of assessment models - these are a great foundation. Iβve simply tweaked these to meet our school standards and expectations alongside our flight path - I have used the ME in PE model but the HHH one is good, also! @PupilProgressUK
@GHuddPE@cook_pe That was the plan! In my old school in the UK we used Pearson progression steps (this was a secondary school) - I wanted to steer away from this and develop the whole child as PE lends itself nicely to this.
@MrIWithersPE@cook_pe@we_are_lsc Definitely using a holistic approach is what I have looked at for secondary! I do like the HHH model, easier to follow for primary! I wanted to try to tailor the ME in PE one. Iβve made a start, just trying to see if someone has a βtried and testedβ model, thanks for your advice!
@MRLW90 Hi Luke, Iβve just come across your tweet. This looks brilliant - Would you mind sending a copy of this over? We are a brand new school and looking to see how youβve embedded the primary assessment in to secondary. If possible, my email is - [email protected]
Thank you!
@MrCostaPE1 Hello, Iβve just stumbled across this tweet. Would it be possible to grab a copy of this please? Email: [email protected]

What legacy did Englandβs amazing win create in 2018 if when the UK host it 4 years later we donβt even stream all the matches in the competition? π
