It could have been solved amicably via discussions. Not by detaining innocent individuals who were just doing their job.

@flipkartsupport So I bought this Realme phone during the recent @Flipkart sale. It reached my city and was out for delivery on 10th and for the next 4 days the status remained same. Only to get a message on 13th that the order has been canceled, reason not specified

and to my surprise I immediately got my refund.
How can you simply cancel my order which was out for delivery for 4days.

So, I was scammed, there must be thousands who bought that mobile, 20k paid by a thousand customers amount to Rs 2 crore, you used our money, invested it for next 10 days and refunded the principle amount. Well done @Flipkart @flipkartsupport
