The wait time to speak to a representative are to be expected, but 2 hours on hold just to get a representative I could barely understand to flat out refuse to help me?! I will be terminating my service & I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH @AlticeUSA AGAIN!
I've had the most traumatizing experience with @AlticeUSA . I can honestly say furious is an understatement. Understanding due to COVID-19, all companies are falling on difficult times, but so are the consumers. This is the most egregious customer service I have ever experienced.
