I used to think if behaviour was bad it was 100% my teaching. This made me push myself to unrealistic lengths. Then I taught the same lesson in 10+ schools, some with good behaviour culture, some not. Then I realised - the lesson was good all along - solid. It ain’t always “you”.

Why are teachers not being vaccinated right now? Who else has to sit in an enclosed space with 30+ other people, all day long, breathing the same air, with no screens, no high grade PPE, no proper protection? This is a national scandal. Teachers need public support on this!
