A7: not stress about my homework/classes for a day. Have a "ME" day. Relax, watch movies, make desserts, nap, spa day at home if possible. Half way through the semester, on top of everything else, we all deserve that! #tlap
A6: CLOSET, 100%. Not dirty I just need to go through clothes! Pantry would me next on my list to find all the old or expired food and clean it out!! #tlap
A5: I need to be better about checking in with people! I can make it a goal to call or text 1 person everyday to see how they are doing and catch them up on my life and this school excitement! #tlap
A3: I rely on my family. I call them when I am too "in my own head" and can let it all out to them with someone listening. I think starting a journal would be a great idea for that! #tlap
Q2: A2 - I think it is important to step back and take in your feelings. Talk with others and see how everyone is doing. See if others are doing things that would make you feel more at ease. Take time. Relax. #tlap
