Sports Camp ⚾️
The weather wasn’t great today but it didn’t stop us having lots of fun! The children have had a great attitude and they are loving the Heyhouses Olympics. England 🏴, Nigeria 🇳🇬 and Egypt 🇪🇬 are battling it out for the medals on Friday 🥇 🥈 🥉
@SENDISaunders Inclusion is everything. If a child is not happy they will not learn. We need to get the foundations right before we can build upon them. Inclusion should be at the heart of every single thing we do in school in order for all our pupils to develop #sencochat
What a week we’ve had at our Sports Camp! The children have been absolutely fantastic. Thanks to Miss Anderson, Mr Heavyside, Mr Sheperdson and Mr Nay for all your work this week.
Our KS2 Sports Camp started today and we’ve all had a great time. Today’s activities were Dodgeball, Hockey, Football, Dance and Rounders. Really looking forward to the rest of the week with Mr Nay, Mr Heavyside and Miss Anderson.
The teacher who does another teachers duty to help them out, the one who covers a lesson last minute as someone needs it, the teacher who drops everything when a colleague is upset in the corridor. This is the teacher I want to be more like and should be, the one I aspire to be.
Fantastic day at Heyhouses Primary School w. @storytellersinc, helping to unveil their travelling bookcases. Small enough to fit in the boot of a car, big enough to cram in a whole host of books. And themed!
