@TonyLaneNV That’s actually not up to code. The sink has to be in the same area as the toilet to be part of the “bathroom” area. You can have a toilet in a water closet but the sink has to be accessible without leaving the general area.

@flamillennial @mattizzo @DanClarkSports Have any of you been to Dodger stadium?! Chavez Ravine is literally in a city of 4M+ with the worst traffic in the country, no mass transit. You can’t get to the ravine w/o going through homes and streets that can barely fit two cars and it is always packed. Sad excuse.
