@BigLots does their customers dirty. 2 days trying to place order for my Toys for Tots, today it goes through, Then errors out - tells me order was not placed BUT CHARGES me. CSR tells me I now have to wait 5-10 days for it to refund. What if that was my last $100? DISGUSTING.
