@DuskUKCS automated replies says we can’t return or do nothing. This is a poorly made sofa. We need CS to get back to us. It’s the BONDI Ivory sofa 3 seater and it was purchased by my partner and received in August.

@DuskUKCS We purchased a beautiful sofa and received it in August this year, initially it came with a large stain, which we received a partial refund. Now, the sofa fabric is tearing apart , which is a quality issue, we bought Dusk furniture and never experienced an issue.

This is a quality / manufacture issue. The weave of the fabric is just not good for furniture and the stitching is too tight. We take care of the sofa and with 4 months usage this is very disappointing. Order n. S22902794. We have sent and email and received an automated reply.
