hey guys so just FYI, if you abuse laxatives long term you will infact end up in adult diapers and you’ll look 9 months pregnant after just sips of water.
stop before it’s too late because the long term consequences are genuine misery.

@astroweener yes. because i’ve always had one but at one point it was very quiet and for the most part it didn’t bother me. i remember how life was at that point. i was so happy.

@strawberrydiive because your body is combating by holding onto water weight. if you are genuinely in a calorie deficit, big or small, it would be impossible to NOT lose weight. so if you are in a deficit and not losing, it’s not because you aren’t losing. it’s because your body is holding water.

@lostangelisa @starvingsilver if you are in a calorie deficit, you will lose weight despite being sedentary or active. you could walk 10k steps or 0. but how large your deficit is vs your exercise will depend how fast you lose. if you’re active and in a LARGE deficit, you’ll probably lose quicker.

@lu2uuv literally anything sugary. but a big one for me is those custard filled chocolate glazed donuts.
i haven’t had one of those since April, so i’ve been clean of them for a while. but if someone buys it or it’s offered i will lose all control.
