@dfat what do we do when trying to get an update on our passport application? I'm travelling on 3rd July and my children's passport applications were submitted in April. No answer on phone or email and there's no way to escalate this.

@Rming2022 @dfat Yes! I spoke to them on the phone after 2hr on hold, they put a priority flag and I'll receive the passports next week. The turnaround was not even 48hr.
