@VerizonSupport - we used our warranty and was sent a refurbished phone last month. Now it has stopped working. How do we get this replaced? I assume there is a warranty on replacement phones since they were certified, correct?

@SouthwestAir I sent a message. We’ve also filled out the baggage claim multiple times and left many messages. We have heard nothing from anyone from southwest since we left the airport. And when we spoke to someone there we waited in long for 4 hours…. We want some help

@SouthwestAir what is the expected time frame for bags? Ours bags were taken on the 25th, & we never even left Midway! 4 days later we’ve heard nothing. We need our car seat! Stroller! And other belongings! There is no such thing as “luv” anymore…

@SouthwestAir Self-service? Your app to rebook just says “error.” Or nothing available for days. Christmas Vacation plans ruined… you have all of our belongings… and we are expected to drive back to Midway to claim them? Where is the “luv”? The hospitality? The Golden Rule?

@SouthwestAir where’s the “luv” on Christmas? 3 little ones in tow to Orlando & flights canceled left & right. No notice, no explanation. Website reads error, phone lines busy or just straight static. Ticketing agents and supervisors were awful. No warning or help. #brokenhearts

@Samsung super disappointed in your baby monitor SEW-3043W... barely had it over a year. Won't hold a charge and I need a new cord but I can't get a hold of anyone to help with your websites. Super frustrating at 2:30 am when the monitor beeps like crazy because of low battery!
