Had my first day in @BroughtonCP today! Kick starting 10 weeks of placement in the loveliest year 4 class 📚. This school really knows how to use pupil voice. I have lots and lots to learn and apply to my personal teaching style 👩🏼‍🏫.

I loved planning and teaching this Health and Well-being lesson.🏃‍♀️ The learners were asked to motivate their friends to “KEEP GOING!”. Everyone persevered, even when it got tiring. 😅

I have just had my final meeting with my senior and class mentor. I really can’t believe that this week is my last full week in this wonderful school @UskPrimary. This school, its students and teachers have taught me tons. The feedback and collaboration has been invaluable 💛

Today I had the pleasure to teach #elm class all day! 👩🏼‍🏫 We started by creating bar charts to evidence the tally charts we did yesterday; what is your favourite Easter egg? Then followed by an LLC lesson on acrostic poems 📝 Every learner excelled today #happyteacher

Wow! The last few months have been crazy to say the least. Two essays and an online placement completed 😎. Taking a moment to reflect and prepare myself for two further assessments and my last placement of the year. Year 1 almost completed 👩🏼‍🏫

❄️❄️ Based on the book that #elm class are reading this term, ‘Into the snowstorm’. They have the task of designing and building a vehicle that can get the little boy home! I will keep my Twitter updated on what they come up with 🌨🥶

In Elm, pictures of buildings from around the world appeared in our Block Play area for us to try and recreate. We've been so curious that we've been exploring Atlases to find out where these buildings are located across the world! #collaboration #curiosity #REAL

Well tomorrow is my last day with #elm class till December! These were my first two weeks of placement @UskPrimary. The school and all of the learners have been so welcoming and kind 🥰 See you soon Elm 👋

Although all seems strange in the world, autumn never fails to make me happy! On Monday we had harvest festival. We did leaf rubbings, harvest drawings and finger painting. 🥕 #harvestfestival
