@elli_taylor_ I’m with you! However, it doesn’t take me long to test and try a new tool, while some of my co-teachers need a chunk of time dedicated to learning it. Part of that might be motivation or a drive to use tech, but I think it’s good to use some PD time for it.

@_mdevisser @d_mulder Yes! I think technology is a HUGE help for that! Think about how much more we collaborate and share with Drive. That has saved me HOURS of time that I can pour into my relationships with students instead of into recreating the SmartBoard lesson! #DC508

@HeidiVanweelden Oh for sure! In 5th grade, it doesn’t always make things more efficient (typing is hard!), however, I think the learning opportunity makes it all worth it!

Using technology, it should make the task better in 1 of the 4 C ways:
1- Collaboration. 2- Critical thinking. 3- unique ways to clearly Communicate their ideas. 4- Creative thinking #DC508
