Q.4 @SimonCalder arrived with our 18mnth old at Malaga airport yest but our yoyo buggy did not OR someone took it b4 we got thru pass/cont so far @Ryanair being suitably unhelpful offering only lost property report-what should we do?

@SimonCalder arrived at Malaga airport off @Ryanair flight yest with our 18month old unfortunately our buggy did not OR was taken by someone else off the luggage belt. Extra annoying as we usually have folded in overhead bins. 500quid buggy we no longer have-who is responsible?

@zarahome have ordered hundreds of euros worth of goods over 1 month ago.I have received precisely 2 items. The other 7 packages were ‘lost’ by @SEUR_responde I’m still waiting for them to be re-sent!These timelines are ridiculous!I’m really disappointed. When will they be sent?

@georgiatownend_ I just cry reading the news reports of what that poor little boy went through. There are no words I can find to articulate just how horrific this is… but this is so spot on. We need to do more 💔
