Absolutely DISGRACEFUL customer service @RoyalMail I’ve been waiting for DAYS for a parcel, it’s not turned up 3 times. 3 phone calls to your complaints line and the last guy hung up on me for being distressed. WHAT DO I DO?!! Seriously, what do I do to get this resolved?!

@HecticTeacher I’ve got a corded shark that I bought in the sales. It’s the anti pet hair one as I have two black cats. Best thing I ever bought! It’s brilliant and my cream carpets stay cream!!
