Just phoned my local GP surgery. The phone lines are closed for lunch. From 12:30 till 2.

Questions:

1) Can’t the receptionists stagger their lunch times so the phones can always be manned?
2) Are phone line lunch breaks a new thing?
3) Since when was a lunch hour one and a half hours long?

They really are taking the piss now.

@FirstBSA Hello, the same happened again today? Can you confirm if the 6.15 bus is actually going to run at all? As after 6.15 there is no bus that gets me into work by 7am. Which is not ideal as this is a very popular bus time and route

@FirstBSA What is going on? Your 6.15am 49x bus hasn’t shown up. Mountains of people are waiting for it! The 6.28am bus has been taken off route now. I’m trying to get to work in the children’s hospital for 7am and it’s now proving difficult.
