@SamsungUK Yes you have and have been just as unhelpful as the customer support I spoke to on live chat today and just reiterated that you expect me to be without a phone for 2 weeks while you repair/replace the faulty one you sold me 5 days ago.
@SamsungUK my brand new flip5 has a screen defect and your solution is for me to be without a phone for 2-3wks while you arrange a replacement, or travel 60 miles for a repair. Unacceptable.

@StarlingBank we need some kind of universal way to send and receive bank details that doesn't involve trying to switch between messaging apps and banking apps or having to write the details down. Like a vcard type system you can export and import. You should pioneer that!
