The pandemic has contributed to a mental health crisis in Zimbabwe driven by substance abuse. More people have resulted to harder drugs such as cocaine and crystal methamphetamine (Guka/Mutoriro). Substance abuse has become a challenge amongst the youths. #drugabuse @ndwandweb
