To every firstborn,
May you find clarity when life feels uncertain.
May strength meet you in every responsibility.
May favour lead you to the right opportunities.
May you never lack what you need.
May wisdom guide your decisions.
May your sacrifices never cost you your peace.
May you receive the same love you freely give.
May God lighten your burdens.

One of the things I need to do [soonest] for myself is to pack a small bag, and go off for a personal retreat.
No interactions with anybody - just (conscious) rest, take long walks, study, eat, sleep, pray and journal.
I know it will go a long helping and healing me. I know.
