This has been one of the worst Halo experiences of my life.

I was one of the first people on the website. At first, I couldn’t even select the seats. Once I was finally able to secure some seats. There was 0 add on options for VIP. Both for the concert & convention.

I don’t know what was worse between the disorganization yet alone nothing being inconvenient during checkout. The whole experience in general was an absolute nightmare.

As a die hard halo fan I’m both upset & sick on how things were organized!
