@Juicelez21@enforcelawsNYC 5 years ago I agree with you but these dudes on e-bikes doing 30 mph are changing the game. Too many close calls with them your heads gotta be on a swivel now crossing 6th ave in midtown. and don’t get me started on going opposite direction on a one way.
Great exercise - private companies worth studying. In addition to the excellent adds by @mastersinvest, I’d include SC Johnson, Glenair, Patek Philippe, Louis Dreyfus, Trafigura, Vitol, Edward Jones, Mars, Deloitte, PWC, KPMG, E&Y, State Farm, Trader Joe’s, Menards.
@Jackson_Strong_ @mdasilva1563 The stations are just so close. Maybe thatd be feasible for express from CT but for trains with local stops they are all 3 miles apart at most (rye, harrison, mamaroneck, Larchmont, New rochelle, pelham, Fordham etc). That said, agree...faster is better!
@Jackson_Strong_ @mdasilva1563 The New Haven line is so slow. I dont need it to be a bullet train but averaging 50 MPH seems reasonable. The transfer from 3rd rail to overhead wires around New Rochelle is also a prime culprit of delays.

This placed opened in the inner ring suburbs about 8 months ago...nicely done but only seems modestly successful so far. Just a data point
