1) Waived Omax Prosper to create a roster spot for Dante Exum (out for season).

2) Traded Quentin Grimes for Caleb Martin (who only plays garbage time, and has a player option for his last year... while Grimes is putting up great numbers in Philly).

3) Signed D'Angelo Russell (player option for next season) who is a DNP-CD for most of the season.

4) Traded Luka for AD (who earns 60 million per year, has a payer option for his last year when he turns 35, missed 65% of his games as a Maverick, and is now out for the season)

5) Extended Jaden Hardy to a 4 year (6 million/year) deal, who doesn't see the floor unless it's garbage time.

If you can name a worse GM, I'd be impressed.
