@WISN12News It's all based on fear and speculation. The article says the markets are unsure if prices will stabilize due to who controls the straight, or how long the war will last, or whether supplies can be replenished. It's all speculation!! So we can't let prices come down just yet 😡

@WISN12News Because oil is publicly traded. It's quick to go up but slow to come down. That spills over to how refineries get their crude at a certain price. However when the supposed supply was disrupted prices immediately jumped despite the cheaper gas at stations. So...price gouging!!

@YahooNews It does not help oil is publicly traded and prices have surged on fears, speculation, and greed. The cheaper gas is still in the ground at your convenience store, but it still goes up. When it's cloudy, winds slow down, or water is low electricity doesn't spike in price

@KFILE Crude is publicly traded. Speculation and trading pushed prices higher for a barrel. Refineries follow by jacking up prices then it falls to the prices charged at the pump. All the while the cheaper gas is still in the ground 😡

@MattBelloni I'm surprised that late night is even still a thing. There is nothing that draws me to it. SNL has been horrible for years. I expect to see that chopped soon.
