I need to discipline myself to not be responsible for other people’s happiness. Self preservation is not being selfish. I can’t help other people if I can’t help myself.
I should be thankful that I woke up this morning. I should be thankful that today is a wonderful day. I should be thankful that my health is relatively good. I’m just not feeling thankful for anything right now. Maybe I need to work on that.
Letting the United States rot away may not be the most popular option, but it is indeed an option. Overtime, civilizations do come and go. I can choose to have a good life and let the chips fall where they may and maybe I should do that.
