‘MISTER MIRACLE’ The Animated Series!

Coming to HBO Max in 2028! #MisterMiracle

‘BLUE BEETLE’ (2023) is as canon as ‘THE SUICIDE SQUAD’ and ‘PEACEMAKER’ S1.

James Gunn needlessly convolutes the carry over of certain characters and projects. I hate that he said “Blue Beetle the character is canon but we never said the movie was.” The movie fits perfectly in DCU continuity and I imagine the animated series will follow up on the missing Ted Kord storyline.

It’s very simple to imagine Blue Beetle in ‘MAN OF TOMORROW’ is more or less the same Blue Beetle from his own movie. I understand Gunn’s “until we speak about it on screen it isn’t canon” rule but I also don’t think everything he says is airtight.

[ABSOLUTE-ly Everything @BatmanHypeGuy]

Seeing everyone shamelessly post Absolute Bat spoilers be it the picture or just talking about it openly is disgraceful

YOU may not like a creative decision in a book

But that does not give you the right to share those leaks and spoil it for others, I've had multiple people tell me now they've been spoiled by random chuds on twitter

Y'all have no respect for the people around you, or even the creators who spent months working on the book, the creators who are very happy with the book.

Y'all can blindly criticize all y'all want but you can't say something is bad without seeing where it leads first, cause I know once y'all read the future issues and find out what's coming y'all will be drooling from your mouth and praising

Be better guys the world doesn't revolve around you

It’s one thing to watch someone become a monster, but another to feel everything that person is losing along the way. Tom Rhys Harries gives an astounding performance in Clayface, bringing an emotional weight to the horror in a way that feels incredibly personal. Happy anniversary to Matt Hagen, who debuted in DETECTIVE COMICS #298.

[Mister Miracle DCU Updates @MisterMiracleDC]

What an insane back to back success story for the DCU!

[Mister Miracle DCU Updates @MisterMiracleDC]

@David_ISNT_Dead It’s as canon as The Suicide Squad and Peacemaker S1

[Mister Miracle DCU Updates @MisterMiracleDC]

@Aaron_Morgan12 No

[Mister Miracle DCU Updates @MisterMiracleDC]

I think ‘CREATURE COMMANDOS’ S2 will be borrowing a big element of Gavin O’ Conner’s original script for “Suicide Squad 2” (‘THE SUICIDE SQUAD’) which had Task Force X using Black Adam as a weapon of mass destruction.

With the rumored inclusion of Captain Atom, I believe Task Force M will be using him or will be unknowingly sent to retrieve him.

@luisitorozanov I enjoyed it personally but it objectively wasn’t a critical or commercial success which is what I’m referring to

@PGH_is_Gotham I would’ve loved a fresh start as well

[Mister Miracle DCU Updates @MisterMiracleDC]

@LandonMoss04 Yeah I’m fully aware of how James explained it but tbh it’s annoying to me. It’s overly convoluted and just easier to consider the entire project canon. It’ll get harder to do when we get a new Batman and Harley Quinn but for now everything flows pretty well

liked clayface

@CartierFilms Clayface is gonna be in this movie. Calling it now

[Variety @Variety]

James Gunn is defending the DCU and his decision to expand the universe with “individual stories”:

“The DCU is just an alternate universe; we can enter at any location or time and tell THAT story. I dislike the idea that individual stories aren’t meaningful unless they lead to something else. People not understanding this is strange to me, because ‘Star Wars’ has essentially been doing this for 50 years across movies, shows, games and books, admittedly without the tonal variety."
