Recruiting 101: Your highlight film may grasp coaches attention, but your game film will keep coaches attention. How hard you play, how you play when your team is behind, how you act when you or someone else makes a mistake are all things coaches pay attention to on film. #Ap2w

Things are not always going to happen when and how you think they should and things will sometimes happen easier and faster for others than they do for you, but you can never allow it to discourage or frustrate you. Patience is essential for peace of mind and growth. #Ap2w

Great leadership is when your words continue to inspire and influence long after you’re gone. Thanks for being an example for so many of us to follow Dr. King.

Confidence is not being too prideful to be critiqued or corrected. #Ap2w

It doesn’t matter who believes in you, because in order to accomplish what others feel you can’t the only person who has to believe in you is you. #Ap2w

[Coach Quotes @CoachMotto]

Only way to help people improve is telling them the truth. That builds trust. Without either we have no chance to move forward. – Frank Martin
