Fantagio released an official statement regarding #KimSeonHo's one-man corporation SHDO, saying that the corporation was established in Jan 2024 for acting and theater activities and received settle ment money through the corporation until he signed with Fantagio in Feb 2025.

But KimSeonHo acknowledging the potential of misunderstanding and decided to close its operations. There's no activity through the corporation for over a year. Fantagio also dre the line by saying there's no connection between the exclusive contract & the corp. All settlement from Fantagio was paid directly to the actor.

According to the statement, Kim has settled all past corporate card usage records, family salary payments, and corporate vehicle usage. He has additionally paid the personal income tax on the settlement funds received through the corporation, beyond the corporate tax already paid. The corporation is currently undergoing closure procedures.

The agency stated, "Kim Seon-ho did not have sufficient understanding of corporate operations. He deeply regrets establishing and maintaining the company for a year under such circumstances. We bow our heads and convey our sincere apologies."
