I went to Perry Johnson’s event at New Holland brewing in Battle Creek! After the event I asked Perry about a new Right to Work law. He said, ‘We absolutely need a new right to work law! Four out of five companies looking to expand, exclude Michigan specifically because of our lack of a RTW law.’ Side note: his famous coffee mug in the foreground, full of coffee.
Exactly, maybe there would be less rail to maintain but you can’t make the case of having everyone pay for something that has been a failure in California and using money from everyone for the benefit of what would probably be a minority of the population being able to use it.
A state that has been run by these people for the past 7+ years and is seemingly incapable of properly maintaining *existing roads* (despite performative swear campaign lines about “fixing the damn” things) has no business engaging in choo-choo dreams.
