What’s the point of this observation? Are you suggesting TN suddenly picked up the poster culture only since May 2026?

For the past 15 years, every time I land in Chennai and take the GST Road turn, the ugly political posters and wall paintings have been a constant eyesore. This isn’t a new problem that magically appeared with the current government.

Just because we now have a government that is actually willing to listen to public concerns doesn’t mean we should level unfair criticism hoping for an instant fix. The poster and banner ecosystem in Tamil Nadu is deeply entrenched. it’s not going to disappear in a day.

If you have any practical suggestions on how to regulate or curb this effectively, please share them. Constructive ideas will help more than pointing fingers.
