So the situation is if dog->human, find police. If human->dog, find animal control. But if dog->dog? No one really cares.

Last Thursday (June 26) morning, Lucky was bitten by a neighbor’s bulldog. Their dogs were running in backyard unattended, the French bulldog suddenly escaped under the fence and ran directly to Lucky.

Later I found out from the police, they can’t do anything because it’s dog instead of human that got bitten. The “dog bite report” is only for human. In the meanwhile you can report animal cruelty to 311 or ASPCA if anyone abuses a dog.

All he cared was where was his dog (still wondering outside of the fence). He just left me there and went back to find his dog. When I rang his doorbell again he finally came, but said:” I don’t have a car how can I drive you to the vet? It’s only the smaller dog. ”

That dog is small but strong, my hand got injured too with wounds and bruises when I tried to rescue Lucky.
However when I confronted the dog owner, I didn’t even get a sorry.

Found this calm little bird in the beach 99th playground. It’s not scared of people. Must be someone’s pet. Anyone knows who’s looking for a pet bird?
