@virginmedia I had a pre installation visit the day I signed up and was told further works were required so this has been known since the end of February and nothing has been done but delay after delay.

@virginmedia absolutely shocking customer service, originally signed up at the end of February and made an appointment for the end of March, my appointment was then moved to April and now it’s just been moved again to May.
