Ch7A4- I think a person must be careful when praising and make sure they are praising for progress and efforts not necessarily academic intelligence. #griffisgrows

Ch7A3contin- Even when a student doesn't pass a test but they made great improvement from a previous test, I make it a point to praise them for the growth and process they are using to improve. #griffisgrows

Ch7A3- We need to always cheer them on and show by example that when we encounter something hard, we try and learn from the mistakes made. Remaining positive and learning from the outcomes is crucial. #griffisgrows
