On 17 Jun 24 my UTS is XDCIDTK09D travelling from Haridwar to Mathura, on duty TT mr Ravi Choudhary ask 1000₹ and did not provide me the receipt, when i logged the help in rail madad he give me this slip in which calculation of charges is incorrect.

I don't know why railways are reducing the number of sleeper coaches in the trains. Train no 12447 only has 2 sleeper coaches and it is fully packed even if a single person cannot enter. Previously that train had 6 sleeper coaches.

I had placed a dining order on 6th march 2023 and due to some app glitch my first order got failed but my money got deducted. In second attempt order success and money deducted. When i checked with the burger king team, they said my order placed two time. Please help
