@Kia In case anyone is interested. I did DM them and they said there is not timeline to fix the updates. So my initial post is still valid. There is no software bug that takes over 9 months to fix if anyone cared to fix it. Stop calling it "temporarily unavailable"!

@Kia please update the https://t.co/cmKn9vIouO website and the error message on the navigation updater to say "this service is no longer supported." An error message that says the system is "temporarily unavailable" for a year now is misleading and frustrating for everyone

@losthorizen @RandyWKirk1 The reason is pretty simple. Tesla owners that dont like musk are trying other EV's. People like myself that dont care about musk that tried to get a tesla for first time are shocked at how bad tesla's customer service is and will never buy another tesla because of it

@Tesla It would be nice just to get all the parts of a car i paid 20k extra for as a foundation series buyer... can you do that first? just complete the orders of all the people that purchased foundation series cybertrucks. Then do all the other "great" things you want to do
