Angela Rayner needs to, very quickly, publish the date that she was made aware that her HMRC investigation was concluded.
The current timing makes it look like pure corruption from within government.
@AngelaRayner@PatrickChristys And this conclusion just so happened to be around the same time as Labour needing a new leader? And the same time as you finding £40k in your handbag? Pull the other one, Ange.
@KEdge23 Are you still peddling this same nonsense 2 years on? Why would anyone vote Conservative, they and Labour are complicit in ruining the country. People want change, and the Conservatives had their chance. What makes you think things would be any different now?
Seeing Blair & Starmer side by side pretending to remember the forgotten & love the country is sickening! The only people they’re fooling is themselves!
We see you!!!!!!!! #lestweforget 🌺
It looks like one of the things Rachel Reeves wants to do is drop the VAT threshold from £90,000 down to £30,000……
Rachel, please re think this. It aint the best idea. It’s going to hammer small businesses right across the country. The local café, the builder, the market trader, the hairdresser, the baker…. Basically all the people who get up early and keep our brilliant country moving. If this happens, as soon as a small business earns over £30k, they’ll have to start charging VAT. That means higher prices for customers and less money in everyone’s pocket. It’s a nightmare for the small business owners. They’ll end up turning down jobs, working less, or keeping things small just to stay afloat. It kills growth and punishes people for trying to do well. Also from the customer’s point of view it means everything costs more. Your haircut, your breakfast, your local tradesman it’s all going up because of a daft rule that don’t help no one.
It ain’t gonna boost the economy. It’s gonna slow it right down. We need growth, we should be backing the small businesses. When small businesses struggle, everyone struggles. They’re the backbone of this country. They keep money flowing through our towns, employ local people, and bring life to our high streets. To our local economies. I hope Rachel backs small businesses, not make life harder for them. What are your thoughts? Bosh❤️
@OasisMania Live Forever, and it’s not just the greatest Oasis song of all time, it’s the greatest song of all time. I never tire of listening to it. Noel said himself he knew it was going to be a big one, and Bonehead couldn’t believe he wrote it.
So, the Southport monster wasn’t a Muslim asylum seeker, but he was referred to the government’s Prevent anti-extremism programme THREE times.
How the hell was he still able to murder those poor little girls? We need answers fast, Prime Minister @Keir_Starmer .
Still, I cannot fathom why Labour have turned down a public national inquiry into Britain’s largest child exploitation scandal.
Keir Starmer just keeps deflecting.
We demand answers.
@NadiaWhittomeMP Nothing to do with road surfaces and drains not being designed or repaired properly, much like a lot of things that the British taxpayer forks out for?
@KEdge23@GBNEWS Why should anyone unite with the Conservatives when they’re just as bad? It’s the same story over again, one party is bad so let’s settle for the other bad party. No, how about we give Reform a chance to change politics for good. They’ve already gone further than UKIP ever did.
@demster70 Completely agree. They are getting bigger and bigger every day, and as they are a party with seats, they have more of a chance to be able to change the country than any activists. They have a lot of Tory and Labour voters to win over, and they can’t risk anything damaging that.
It’s official: Sadiq Khan is getting a knighthood in the New Year honours.
I will never call him ‘Sir’—he doesn’t deserve it, not by a mile.
Who’s with me?!
