The airlines, including but not limited to @AmericanAir, do not care about customer service.They know when you are traveling you are hostage to their schedule.If they want to delay flights they know you can’t do anything about it. The commercial flight industry needs an overhaul.

The response to my travel problems from @AmericanAir is completely unacceptable. I had to rent a car from my layover to make it home because their delayed flight caused my family to miss our final flight home. They gave me instructions to receive a refund, and then denied it.

I paid $600 extra to fly out of Wichita Falls on @AmericanAir. My connecting flight was delayed so we missed our flight home. Now we are having to rent a car for almost $100. American offered no reimbursement.

Living with a toddler is like going through life being bullied by someone that you know you could beat up. Which is somehow worse than being bullied by someone you know can beat you up.
