I am proud to announce that my wife and I today, have done something no campaign has ever done.
We have consecrated this campaign to the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ.
In other words, if you are a fruitless rung in a corporate ladder, you should be afraid to lose your job.
But if you are resourceful, hardworking, and willing to learn new tools, this is a golden opportunity to start your own business or join a startup and utilize that skill set.
1. Small Business creates ~60% of new jobs every year
2. AI makes it easier and faster for them to compete with larger companies.
3. The % of jobs created by Small biz every year will only increase.
4. Start your job search with small businesses
My wife and I practice Natural Family Planning.
And I’ll be honest… the tracking part has always felt way more annoying than it should.
Spreadsheets. Notes. Random workarounds. One person trying to remember everything. The other person asking, “Wait, where are we at again?”
It worked.
But it was clunky.
A while back I started thinking, “There has to be a better way to do this.”
Turns out, a lot of other couples have thought the same thing.
So for the last 8+ months, I have been working on NFP Tracker.
It started as something I wanted for my wife and me.
Now it’s turning into something a lot of other couples are asking for too.
The goal is simple:
Make NFP easier to track together.
Less spreadsheet chaos.
Less confusion.
Less “let me check the chart real quick.”
More shared, simple, private tracking for couples who are already trying to do this well.
We’re getting very close to release, and I’ll be announcing more soon.
Right now, the waitlist is open for the first 500 couples/users.
Pretty wild that a random Saturday morning idea might actually turn into something useful.
Artificial intelligences do not undergo experiences, do not possess a body, do not feel joy or pain, do not mature through relationships, and do not know from within what love, work, friendship or responsibility mean. Nor do they have a moral conscience, since they do not judge good and evil, grasp the ultimate meaning of situations, or bear responsibility for consequences. They may imitate or even simulate, but they do not understand what they produce, for they lack the affective, relational, and spiritual perspective through which human beings grow in wisdom. #MagnificaHumanitas
The family is the future.
This is the way.
I built NFP Tracker out of a need my wife and I had.
And what I came to find out is a need many young couples have.
A way to easily and intimately tracker fertility together.
Launching soon.
@jeremyct How we avoid this:
-live within our means
-avoid daycare as much as possible
-if we have to go into debt, focus on paying it off asap
-constant gratitude for what we have
This guy is absolutely right.
It doesn’t take much. A lot of people just don’t want to believe it because they want to put off having kids so they can accumulate more for themselves and bask in self-indulgence while calling it “responsibility.”
George Kamel explains $100,000/year is enough to raise 4 kids in a high-cost-of-living area👀
“Let’s say a high-cost-of-living area… $100,000. Because if you do the math on that, you’re talking $6,000 a month probably coming in, maybe $5,000 if you’re in high-tax California.
And you have a reasonable mortgage that’s $2,000 a month. You’ve got $3,000 a month to play with to cover food, utilities, insurance, a little bit of fun money...”
