@booking.com I had to scramble to find a new room and it cost more. 7 different agents said I would get a reimbursement. One agent even said they will refund cash to your credit card. Now I'm stuck and am getting screwed over I've probably spent ten hours on the phone with you.
@bookingcom why am I liable to pay for a second room after being promised they would cover the difference. My first room was cancelled as I'm not 21. Nothing on the policy's said I had to be 21 and the first agent said it was your fault that it didn't list anything.
