@AirbnbHelp it's now almost one week since your support team said they reach out. No one has called and you are unresponsive now to DMs and calls. What's happening ?

4 days later after @AirbnbHelp promising that someone will reach out,nothing has happened. @Airbnb guest broke my TV and @Airbnb said they'll take up the issue with the guest, they went silent and unresponsive since then. Am losing guests because of @Airbnb #airbnb

@AirbnbHelp @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp @Airbnb this was the only response I received from Airbnb after the guest damaged my TV. 14 days later they went mute and stopped responding to me despite hosting with them for 3 years. Now I can't host anymore guests.

@joshua040756074 @AirbnbHelp @Airbnb I can’t tell anything good about @AirbnbHelp @Airbnb Their system doesn’t work correctly. It’s just a money collecting company like subway or companies for temp work #airbnb

@viky980 @Airbnb @airbnb offers a raw deal to hosts. The guys will take money from the guest and not pay host.

Few minutes after my complain here @airbnb a located the case to a support guy who didn't even look into the issue.Just copied &pasted a programmed response and shared to save time. As attached, Airbnb took money from the guest but have refused to remit the money to me the host.
