"Sometimes I'll show up for my training session before their weight room session and I'll do that weight room session with them." - (@MitchNathaniel)
As a coach, it’s not just about giving instructions from the sidelines it’s about getting out there, showing up, and putting in the work alongside your athletes.
Whether it’s jumping into a drill, joining them in the weight room, or just competing for fun, those moments show your players that you care and that you’re with them every step of the way.

Canadian Ryan Nembhard completely controlling the second scrimmage today at the NBA Draft Combine.
Already has 6 points, 3 rebounds and 4 assists in the first 5 minutes of play.
Gonzaga's Ryan Nembhard is a dream point guard for teammates to play alongside in a Combine setting with his tremendous feel, vision and unselfishness. Rightfully earned the callup to the big show, making a strong case for two-way consideration.
To support Autism Acceptance Month, @utahjazz assistant coach Scott Morrison and his wife, Susanne, are organizing a leaguewide sneakers campaign with participation from NBA head coaches.
During games from April 2–9, all 30 head coaches will wear custom sneakers featuring their team’s colors and designs that symbolize the autism community.
Sneakers will be available for auction, with funds benefiting the To The Max Foundation, a nonprofit founded by the Morrisons in honor of their son, who was diagnosed with autism.
