Fulcrum is pleased to note the updated Mineral Resource Estimate announced by @LoyalistExp (CSE:PNGC) for the Tully Gold Project in Timmins, Ontario, Canada.

➡️ Loyalist has announced an updated NI 43-101 MRE for the Tully Gold Project containing approximately 265,000 ounces of gold, which occupies only 15% of the known Mafic Tuff host unit.

➡️The updated MRE exceeds the 200,000-ounce contractual resource threshold under the Purchase Agreement entered into between Fulcrum and Loyalist on 2 October 2025.

Our structured sale of the Tully Gold Project continues to demonstrate the value of disciplined capital allocation. With @LoyalistExp’s updated 265,000 oz NI 43-101 resource now exceeding the contractual threshold, Fulcrum becomes eligible for an additional 15M Loyalist (CSE: $PNGC) shares (or cash equivalent) representing >$500,000 CAD at current market prices, subject to the filing of the technical report.

Importantly, we achieved this without deploying additional capital, while still retaining long-term upside through future milestone payments and a 2% NSR royalty.

This is exactly the type of transaction that allows #FMET to monetize non-core assets while keeping our focus on building a scalable, cyanide-free mine waste recovery business in Canada’s historic gold camps.
