@AmericanAir is the worst! For the fourth year in a row, my systemwide upgrades have gone to waste. Their system is rigged. I was number 1 in the waitlist with two seats available until 1 hr before the flight. And then magically, 2 people leapfrogged me, probably pilots. 😤😤😤

@AmericanAir's systemwide upgrade policy is either flawed or dishonest. By the time AA determines whether or not it accepts my request, the reward will be expired and I will lose it if it is rejected. Either approve the award that I earned or extend the deadline if rejected!

@elonmusk, Vaibhav Taneja and Tom Zhu of @tesla have abandoned their OG owners like me. Tesla wall connectors are not compatible with 2016 or older models, so I can only charge at supercharging stations. And it takes about 2 hours to charge to a max of 210 miles. Shame!

@tesla & @elonmusk have officially turned it's back on its original buyers. I took a chance in 2013 buying an unproven Model S P85+ for $140K & have been a loyal advocate ever since, until now. Replacement battery: $20K; trade-in value: $8K. Unlimited charging: Useless.
