You won't believe this - I've been on the phone for an hour, waiting to talk with a supervisor, and the @assurant customer service rep hung up on me!!!!

@assurant @chase - I've been on hold for 45 mins waiting to talk to a supervisor, and my customer rep comes back on every 5 mins or so, asking, "do you still want to hold?" NO - I don't, but your lack of integrity gives me no choice. I can't trust that anyone will call me back.

I've been off this channel for a while, but need to tell you about my experience with @chase sapphire benefits. I've been locked in a 9 MONTH saga with Virginia Assurant trying to get my claim processed. I've submitted every doc they requested since March...

No supervisor available, so as soon as one is available, they'll call me. No way I can believe a word @assurant is saying. I told her I'll wait. So, here I am waiting on the phone. @Chase - this is how you lose customers, and you're raising the annual fee?! What an injustice.

Finally, I call again today (2 months after that email), and they tell me nothing has moved. The claim was closed. Again, lied to by @assurant. Rep tells me she will make a note and someone will call me. No way I can go with that, so I ask for a supervisor...

...my claim because of inactivity. I call, the customer serv rep says send an email asking it to be reopened because all of the docs have been submitted. I do. NO WORD.

...but they keep telling me I need to submit more. I've called so many times, even spoken to the same customer service rep twice! Every time they tell me someone will get back to me in 7-10 business days. NOPE. Filed two complaints...no word. Then they tell me they're closing...
