@Assurant rejected a receipt from @Apple because I’d inadvertently cut out the store name. Where I live, there’s only one store for hundreds of miles, the Apple Store @WestTownMall !

That was the first time that I knew an @Assurant adjuster would stoop equally as low as the thief who robbed me in order to grab a few bucks out of my pocket. I feel like I’ve been dragged down the back alley twice now. So thx!

I had an @Assurant adjuster calling @BestBuy, pretending to be me and asking questions about an item on a receipt that was NOT EVEN LISTED ON MY CLAIM! Too busy violating my privacy and unethically gain access to accounts than to actually pay my claim.

If you happen to have an insurance policy with @Assurant, please get rid of that thing and get a decent insurer as soon as humanly possible. Trust me, you don’t want to wait until you have to file a claim to find out how bad they are!
