The gospel was made to be wings, not weight. If it’s dragging you down, something is off. It should help you live better, not leave you bitter.
Ask the faithful people you admire and trust to help you adjust your perspective. The Lord will speak to you through them.
“Peace, whether in a city, a nation, or other society, develops from peace that begins within the hearts of individuals as they live by the precepts of the gospel” (Joseph B. Wirthlin, general conference, Apr. 1991).
At the 2026 Seminar for New Mission Leaders, President Dallin H. Oaks highlighted the continued growth in the number of full-time missionaries serving around the world. Church leaders anticipate that within the next few weeks, the total number of missionaries will reach an unprecedented level — surpassing any previous point in the history of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
As this historic milestone approaches, more young men and young women are preparing to begin their service. In anticipation of this continued growth, Church leaders are providing helpful guidance and information for those currently preparing to serve or considering future missionary service.

@MormonMarksman Could be they are trying not to be scribes and Pharisees and cast stones. Support the sinner but not the sin without judgement and having a little grace as the Savior showed?
The Book of Mormon adds further light and understanding to the truths contained in the Bible.
They compliment and support each other.
Latter-day Saints view both the Bible and the Book of Mormon as the word of God.
Critics call it Mormonism's most outrageous claim: that a man can become like God.
But Psalm 82 says it. Jesus quoted it. Irenaeus taught it in 180 AD. 200M Orthodox Christians still do — they call it theosis.
This is the oldest teaching in Christianity.
With recent deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska, all 50 U.S. states have now received at least one truckload of food from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as part of its nationwide effort to distribute 250 truckloads to commemorate the United States' 250th anniversary.

@ChristoffDTodd This is one of my favorite places in the world. To think of the work that went on there and what it prepared for the restoration is nothing short of a miracle.
@BradJamesRadio@DanShaha@PetinaVox It’s there brother. First hashtag, as the church has created. Think opportunity not chastisement. Still love you and keep looking to build testimony in Jesus and the restoration. ❤️💪
@BradJamesRadio@DanShaha@PetinaVox Hashtags create potentially more views for those to see. Not beliefs or views. If it reaches one more person that helps them think or view differently. It’s ok. We can have our personal views and still be positive to generate understanding and love of our Savior.
@SenJohnCurtis@ThisMomSaid Has anyone ever thought they need to add “Christian” to the others because they literally do not have Jesus Christ in their name? Our church’s belief is pretty self explanatory by the name alone just as Jesus wanted.💪#churchofjesuschrist#mormon#lds
