@IndiGo6E I have a round trip flight from Delhi to Guwahati, on 6th dec and 13th dec , now you cancelled the flight and your customer care said that you are refunding the full amount, but @Cleartrip says that airlines have charged Rs.11k for each flight.can you confirm the same?

@knottycommander I was there last week , it took me 35 minutes to get out of the pf no 3. The only staircase has 2 way traffic. In between all of this the construction equipment also passes through the stair.
I hope the authorities will see the situation and prevent the stampede in advance.
