@ACTFibernet which is exactly what I am going to do, and ACT, you better not put me in a hustle when I get to cancelling my account, you guys are worthless when it comes to even understanding what priority means, the entire internet line is down and you say you'll take a day to fix it.

@ACTFibernet how can you guys not resolve internet outages for close to 24 hours man, and this is an outage not an issue with speed or anything - in a world where everyone depends on the internet for their work and entertainment shouldn't your SLAs & issue resolution be fast?

@ACTFibernet Just spoke to a support guy and got the WORST support ever, his simple answer he can escalate and it they will look into it before the ETA, nothing else, it has been more than 16 hours without the internet working, which means I can get a new internet line in that time++

You don't even have a means to escalate your tickets, nor do you get feedback on the tickets that are resolved, are you guys even planning on getting better or are you on a journey to see how bad you can get with your so called cost saving and automation
